Block Clutch is a free, browser-based competitive Minecraft trivia game operated by Digerati Global LLC. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

When using Block Clutch, you agree to:

• ◆Choose gamertags that do not contain profanity, slurs, or offensive content. An automated filter is in place and inappropriate names will be blocked.
• ◆Not attempt to exploit, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• ◆Submit only original and accurate trivia questions through the community submission form.

Submitted trivia questions and gamertags are considered user-generated content. Block Clutch reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.

By submitting content (such as trivia questions), you grant Block Clutch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digerati Global LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
